The Pastor’s Dream

I have a dream, that one day our local church will be filled with born again believers who are bold about their faith in Jesus Christ and not ashamed to share their personal testimony of His power in their lives with everyone they come in contact with.

I have a dream, that our local church will be a safe place where hurting and lonely men can come and find the companionship they desperately seek but cannot find in the world.
I have a dream, that our local church will be a safe place where women can come and find unmatched comfort and support for the secrets burdens they bear for the themselves, their families and our communities. I long to see a return to whole families; where fathers, mothers and children love and enjoy one another’s company throughout the stages of life.

I have a dream, that our local church will have dedicated staff focused on equipping and preparing all believers with the biblical information, training and Christian support to help them develop into the image of Jesus Christ.

I have a dream, that our local church will have the facilities necessary to address the areas of need and pain affecting the families and communities in which we serve.

Most of all, I have a dream to one day see the Love of God openly and unabashedly demonstrated daily; first between believers and secondly from believers to the world at large. That we might be primarily known in society by the love of Christ that we exhibit.

I share my dream with you with the full assurance of faith that it will come pass before our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, returns to rapture the body of Christ.
